Miguel Ángel Angulo named new head coach of VCF Mestalla

The VCF Academy have reached an agreement with Miguel Ángel Angulo which will see him take charge of the VCF Mestalla for the 2021/22 season.
Miguel Ángel Agulo takes up a new role within the VCF Academy following eight years moving up through the VCF Academy ranks in the dugout for several 11-a-side teams: Infantil, Cadete and Juvenil. In recent seasons he has led the Juvenil A side in División de Honor and the UEFA Youth League.
The 43-year-old former Valencia CF player spent 12 seasons in the first team boasting an impressive array of eight major honours. Two LaLiga titles, two Copa de Rey trophies, one UEFA Cup, one Spanish Super Cup, one UEFA Super Cup and one UEFA Intertoto Cup which sees him as the footballer with the most major honours in the club’s history books.
